  • Chris' meatloaf, mashed potatoes, roast carrots, and an icecream drumstick for dessert

    or

forget staying in if I'm dying and go out for a portable gyro sandwich somewhere, followed by an ice cream cone - plus a buttload of diet coke - maybe a box of milkduds too

  • And definitely a few six packs of Tab for a hard core going out bender.

  • I would have papadum, vegetable samosas, indian chili vegetables, rice pilaf, garlic naan and pistachio rice pudding...and a hefeweizen. Damn, I want that NOW!

  • Damn that's a hard question, I love my Indian cuisine, but I think I would have to have pho...vegetarian of course. I would put fresh bean sprouts and green onions in it and squeeze a nice juicy lime.
I would put in hoison sauce and that spicy red sauce in it too.
Then I would have a dish of hoison sauce to dip my fried tofu in it.
    Nothing like my mom's pho.
Normally, I would choose chocolate for dessert, but I'm pretty chocolated out...read my blog and you'll see why. I would do this Vietnamese dessert that is made wtih tapioca beads, coconut milk and bananas. It is usually served warm. It's kind of pudding like but not as thick.
To drink would just be lemonade...or maybe that iced chicory coffee with that thick milk (can't remember if it's condensed or evaporated). Hey, I'm dying, who cares that it's not vegan.

  • My meal is really similar to yours and I've been thinking about it all day to make sure it's what I really want.

    Veggie samosas
    Mater Paneer
    Malai Kofta
    rice
    Garlic Naan

I'd go for cheesecake for dessert and a big glass of Nana's iced tea. Mmmmmmmmmmmmmm...

  • Havarti cheese with caraway seeds and Triscuits as a main course, with stuffing (just the crispy, slightly burnt parts), the seared scallops from Peso's in Queen Anne, a perfectly cooked artichoke (with a blob of mayonnaise for dipping), a Caesar salad, and some house rolls from the sushi place down the street.

For dessert, there shall be multiple offerings: creme brulee, homeade chocolate chip cookies, a variety of cupcake flavors, tiramisu, and a strawberry milkshake made with real strawberries.

And at the end, a Starlight mint.

  • Baked ziti, a couple meatballs, some garlic bread, a few beers, and then a cup of coffee (with booze in it, probably, since I might as well go out on a buzz) and a huge hunk of cheesecake. Or maybe something chocolate with some vanilla ice cream, if I'm feeling chocolate-y.

  • A yummy seafood boil with lobster, shrimp, clams, stone crab legs, alaskan king crab legs. mmmmmm

I think a decadent hot fudge sundae for dessert. Damn, I'm slobbering now.
