Fried Rice!
I marinated 2 blocks of extra firm tofu in tamari, dark sesame oil, rice vinegar, maple syrup, pineapple juice (from the can of pineapple), and fresh ginger. Fry it up...

meanwhile cook 2 cups of Jasmine rice, have to love the ricemaker, can't beat perfect rice every time.
Once the rice is done , toss it in with the tofu adding a bit more tamari, sesame oil, large can of pineapple, cup of shelled edamame, and anything else you want. Stir-fry this until it's heated through
Eat, unless you think it's gross.

I guess this is why you and I go out to eat when we hang together. But, I love this food blog, it's all colorful and fragrant. A food photo-a-day would be most satisfying for me. Also, you sort of inspire me to make a food blog of my own, with grilled cheese sandwiches, pizza muffins, and cream cheese tortillas.

Well, I am roasting potatoes and carrots tonight. If I ever make you pizza muffins, you can have your very own can of olives, so that you can decorate your muffin without me having to touch the oliveness.

pizza muffins - perfect for children and late night snackers - english muffin, slathered with prego, sprinkled with shredded cheese - bake in the oven at 350 for 15-20 minutes - you'll never buy frozen pizza again.
